Our premier PD product offers a year-long exploration of a specific aspect of teaching practices through four in-person presentations, group planning, classroom observations, feedback, and ongoing support that will maximize the impact on teaching and learning in your school. Through this hands-on approach, teachers will receive customized, consistent support that will enable meaningful growth.

INTERMEDIATE

WHAT IT IS

At this level, schools will engage in a year-long study of teaching practices through the lens of a specific topic. Two in-school workshops and monthly remote coaching with a school leader blend YUSP expertise and your faculty’s independent motivation to achieve meaningful growth. This approach provides the kind of tools and support that will allow teachers to take their PD and run with it.

WHAT IT IS

Get teachers started in their exploration of a key educational concept. Through a single school visit to introduce the learning and quarterly follow-ups by phone, YUSP will support your facilitation of ongoing PD at your school. At this level, PD is self-driven.
