Our premier TIIP product offers a year-long investment to develop your new and veteran teachers through mentorship and cohort learning. YUSP engages with educators at every level to develop systems and practices that support new teachers and enhance all teachers’ ability to succeed. An intensive two-day workshop at the beginning of the year, weekly coaching calls with a school leader, and monthly teacher study groups provide the support and guidance needed to build a winning teacher culture. An additional two-day workshop at the end of the year enables educators to build on the first year’s success and plan effectively for the future.

INTERMEDIATE

WHAT IT IS

At this level, schools will build the capacity of new and veteran teachers through mentorship and cohort learning. YUSP will provide an intensive two-day workshop at the beginning of the year, weekly coaching calls with a school leader, and monthly teacher study groups. End-of-year reflection and planning will be conducted by school leaders.

Get started with a plan for new teacher support. A one-day workshop for a small group of teachers will provide introductory mentor training. It will also begin a year-long consultancy through which YUSP will support a designated school leader in launching the program through monthly sessions.
